At Good Behavior, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack your items in their original boxes and include all hardware, manuals, and protective padding to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is processed.
